PIPA Terms & Privacy Notice

This notice describes how Kairos Ventures collects, uses, safeguards, and discloses personal information in accordance with applicable Personal Information Protection Act requirements. By selecting “I agree” during LP registration, you consent to these practices.
2. Information we collect
We collect account details, identity and professional information, investor classification, stated investment interests, communications, and technical records needed to secure and operate the LP experience.
3. How information is used
Information is used to administer access, evaluate and manage investor relationships, provide requested materials, meet legal obligations, prevent misuse, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
4. Disclosure and safeguards
Information may be shared with professional advisers and service providers under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
5. Access, correction, and withdrawal
You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or withdraw consent subject to legal and contractual limitations. Withdrawal may affect our ability to provide LP services.
6. Retention and contact
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. Privacy inquiries may be directed to the Kairos Ventures privacy officer through your established firm contact.
